Sizing
Is there a large size for socks?
Thanks to the elasticity of socks, we only need two sizes to cater to most feet sizes! For more information, check our size guide — you’ll find it right beside the list of available sizes on each product page.
What is my sock size?

Orders
Can I have my order gift wrapped or add a personal message?
We do not offer gift wrapping. If you’re sending it as a gift, you can leave a note at checkout with a personal message. We’ll print it and include it in the parcel at no extra charge.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Made a mistake during your order? Just drop us an email with your order number at info@talkingtoessocks.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Once your order has been processed, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes to the size, quantity or delivery address.
Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery takes between 2–3 business days after your order. If you need your order urgently you can opt for the same-day delivery option.
Is there an express delivery option?
We offer same-day delivery for $15. However, take note that orders made after 2pm will only be delivered the following day.
Do you offer free delivery?
Orders above $60 qualify for free delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
I accidentally bought the wrong size, what should I do?
If you are facing issues with your purchase, please reach out to our customer satisfaction team via the direct chat function on our website, we will respond as soon as possible.
How can I return a purchase?
For full or partial returns on your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of your order being shipped via direct chat on the website. Once your return is approved, you’ll have 15 days to send the item(s) back to us. All refunds and exchanges are subject to our return policy, which you may read below.
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with the tags still intact. If an item appears worn or used, or isn’t in its original, sellable condition, we may not be able to issue a refund or exchange. In such cases, the item will be sent back to you.
Items marked as final sale (e.g. gift cards or promotional gifts) are not eligible for return. Sets or packs are not eligible for partial exchange or return.
